I have called 5 times and emailed at least 4 times. A manager was supposed to call me back since Monday. I still have not received a call. My Bulk pickup has been in my front yard since AUGUST 21; today is September 4. It killed my grass; I called again a manager again will call me back. But of course, they let me know they were taking my payment out of my account a week ago.

Every week was a struggle to have them empty a trash can on their schedule. Finally told them to come take their can off my property and they still haven’t picked it up after 3 days. Waste connections your can will be in the Welsh landfill along with your reputation.

Been two weeks no garbage pickup, notified them after the first failed pickup. Will not replace a can damaged from before we moved in. Called after second time of it not being picked up and they said account had not been paid, never received a bill and when questioned they had my address wrong. They would not let me talk to a manager, only could talk to the secretary. They collect trash at my apartment complex at 2-3 am on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. It’s incredibly loud and I don’t know how it doesn’t violate noise ordinances. Regardless, it wakes me and everyone else up 3 days a week. I should be intuited to damages for all of my work days made difficult by sleep ruined by this company. 0 stars.
