Puts airtags in other waste companies dumpsters. Very unprofessional.
I have waited over a month for a bulk pickup. Each time they said someone would come out, no one came out. I called 2 times and each time they said they would escalate to the supervisor and the second time to the ops manager. Calling in a 3rd time hoping someone can actually come and pick up the items I requested awhile back.
Regularly violates local ordinances regarding picking up trash near residences. Lafayette City-Parish Code of Ordinances, Chapter 34, Article IV, § 34-369(3), prohibits commercial refuse collection within 250 feet of residential property between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM on weekdays, and between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM on weekends Regularly picks up our trash between 2 and 3 am, despite multiple outreaches to their support, they continue to violate local ordinances.
