Always great service!!
I pay for two containers. They leave a complete mess on my street and don’t fully empty them. 2 week in a row. Drive over boxes and leave them in the street. Now for customer service, WOW COULD THEY BE MORE DISRESPECTFUL??!! I don’t think you can be. Karen you are TERRIBLE and should NEVER talk to a customer that way. I really don’t know how you have a job. Disgraceful.

Customer for well over 10 years. The end was disappointing. Service was good for single cart pickup 5. Service agent I spoke with was pleasant (although forced to try to provide me incentives). Recent events and cancellation experience Negative s. The bad. Things have changed significantly over the years with acquisition by WCI of American Disposal Services who had acquired our original local service Total Disposal.
