Not emptying trash can all the way. And hasn't been for quite some time.
Went to cancel my service, did not require them to pick up the barrels, and they still charged me a $35 cancellation fee for no reason. This company will find a way to money grab wherever possible. It took the lady under 5 minutes to process my cancellation over the phone, and yet that somehow warrants a $35 fee. Nice.

This company is wonderful as usual to me! A wonderful gal, (named Kaeilgh) helped me with my Bank changing...I'm Autistic & don't like change! I was very flustered & she calmed me down, & fixed everything so fast! Waste Connections needs to give her a raise!!!!!! She made my day!
