Misty, please take a moment to listen when a customer shares a concern. If a truck breaks down, we understand delays can happen and service schedules may be affected. However, customers should be given reasonable options when service is missed. If trash cannot be left out overnight, customers should be able to call and reschedule their pickup. Not offering other alternatives option to reschedule is frustrating. Clear communication and offering a simple solution would go a long way. I appreciate your time and hope this can be... read more

I’m attempting to add a video showing the trash being knocked over at 7:46 this morning. However, the app only allows me to upload a picture. As you can see, the trash is still not picked up, and it’s 10:45 AM. Driver knocked over the box, took the trash, and then continued driving….Smh bad service this is Twice this has happened.
