This is the worst trash company to go with in Clarksville. I did not get notified that I was being charges again for my pickup. So I paid again and they still refuse to pick up my trash. After I paid it the same day within an hour they sent me a threatening email telling me about their attorney and the actions thay can happen to me if I dont pay $69.92. Tells you what kind of company they are and how hard up they are for money.

I have never been more happy with a utility company. Noah was very easy to work with and helped me get my dumpster delivered within the same week.

I been with this service for a year and a half, all good so far, even when the service was delayed by the snow storm, I really liked the fact that they took the time to keep us informed about the possible pick up times. Considering that they are very punctual, usually around 6am on Tuesday for me, that was appreciated. Waste Connections has amazing customer service! I called and stated that I needed services started! Anna went above and beyond to get my services started! I started services on a Thursday and I had my trash can delivered on a Friday! The manager Mr Sibal even did a follow up call to see if my trash can was delivered! I appreciate the whole team for being attentive to my concerns! Thank you ☺️
