Kudos to Casey who is a driver in Sweeny. I saw the Waste Connections truck pulling up to my house as I drove off. Returned home 15 minutes later to see my trash can on the ground with the wheels off and contents of trash can on the road. I drove around and located a truck. The driver got out to speak with me. He was not the driver for my road but he was very apologetic and took my house number and told me he would make sure I got a new trash can. At Waste Connections Pamela Walston is the operator in Angleton. She helped me track down a missing mail in payment, it never arrived and was never logged. She then assured me paying by auto deduct was very easy and gave me the info needed to log in. She was right, it took less than 2 minutes, my payment was deducted at the bank and I had my confirmation #. I called her back to confirm. This Monday no pick up. It is my schedule every Monday. Called, was told it was changed to Weds without notification. Pulled out bin was spilling on the ditch. Truck Came Tuesday, missed it. Called was told to send job order. Today is Thursday , called office spoke to Pamela, said it will be picked up today. It is 9 pm Thursday trash bin untouched since Monday. Was told their schedule was messed up, not my fault. What is going on people? I paid on time- auto pay. Very frustrating!!!!🥺🥺🥺‼️

Roderick Walton was a helper on the Garbage Truck the services my street frequently. Roderick always has a positive attitude. He is very friendly and kind, with the best manners I have experienced in a while.

They ask you to bundle your yard debris for heavy trash day pick up. I take time out of my day to bundle sticks from a bush (under their own yard debris guidelines) and they will completely skip over picking up the bundles. They say they only take two yards but every time a neighbor moves out of their house and leaves 25' × 25' piles of home items (mattresses, couches, etc) they will take every item from that giant pile. Waste Connections? More like waste of my money.
