Amazing Service From My Man IZZY great Customer support and assisted in a fast timely manner!!!!!!!!!
Claudia in the billing department is the only person at Waste Connections who consistently helped us resolve our many account issues. She was responsive, professional, and always went above and beyond. Unfortunately, the sales representatives disappeared as soon as the contract was signed and rarely answered calls or emails. Claudia truly deserves recognition—and a raise. She is the definition of excellent customer service.
The only reason I can give Waste Connections any credit is because of Claudia in the billing department. We experienced numerous issues with our restaurant’s account, and Claudia was consistently the only person willing to take ownership and actually help us resolve them. She always answered my calls, stayed on top of every problem, followed up, and repeatedly went the extra mile to make sure things were handled properly.
