If I could give zero stars, I would, but unfortunately that option is not available. Very disappointing experience with Waste Connections New York. I own a business in Queens, and they have failed to pick up my garbage twice. My account is paid and up to date, but they are not providing the service I am paying for. I have a five-year contract with this company, but I feel trapped because I cannot leave despite their failure to provide the contracted service. We recently had a large pickup request that spanned three trash pickup days with Waste Connections, and the entire process was an incredible success with absolutely no issues. Israel Santiago was incredibly attentive over email, answered all of our questions along the way, and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Extremely disappointing experience. Recycling pickups were repeatedly missed, including multiple weeks in a row, and communication was virtually nonexistent. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, I received little to no response. The lack of reliability and customer service caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I would not recommend this company at all.
