It’s been 2 1/2 weeks and no pick up. Customer service is not helping at all
You are about to price yourself out of a customer
I had the pleasure of meeting Josh and Chris this morning. I am staying with a friend and I had a concern about my friends service. I talked to both gentleman about this at the same time. These men were VERY professional, nice and well spoken! Neither took offense about my conern and BOTH more than willing to take care of my concern, I was impressed. Its so hard to get good customer service in todays time and these 2 men are going above and beyond! Thank you Josh and Chris, my friend and I truly appreciate you.
Don’t expect them to pick up on the schedule you pay for. Lucky if they pickup once a month.
