I use Waste Connections for commercial trash & recycling services. My representative, Mallori McCoy, helped me lock in pricing with minimal increases under a multiple year contract. In addition, she worked to resolve an issue with a dumpster enclosure that is too small per current standards to house two dumpsters. I highly recommend working with Waste Connections. Each team member I have worked with over the years has been kind, helpful & responsive.

I did expect to ever give a 5-star review to a waste management company, but my customer service rep, Selena, was absolutely fantastic in addressing our business needs. She was patient and diligent in finding a solution which works for both of us and so far, the solution has been working wonderfully and I couldn't be more appreciative!
