There is a reason they have 2.8 stars. First, we requested a locking bar. It rarely worked. Took an act of congress to get them to fix it. When it did work, the drivers would leave the lock bar open so then people would just dump things in the dumpster. The contract is predatory. We have tried to get out of it but if you don't call them at the exact correct time they just auto renew with no notice and just say "sorry you signed a contract". I deliver dumpsters to them Thursday and Friday and early Saturday morning. Real great people to work with. Hopefully I continue to take dumpsters to them
I just have to write that Ana - our AMAZING SERVICE REP - has made working with Waste Connections so easy! We had a missed pick up during a holiday window and I texted Ana and she had the problem fixed in moments —— sending out a truck immediately. She is WONDERFUL & truly cares about her customers!!!!!
