I’m extremely disappointed with this waste disposal company. Their rates are already on the higher side, but what’s worse is that they increased the charges without any prior notice. There was no communication, no explanation—just a higher bill. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and feels very unprofessional. Customers deserve clear and timely updates, especially when it comes to pricing. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
This company has consistently added charges to our bill that are fraudulent. Charged multiple times for over filling our dumpster when photos showed it for a location that was not ours. We always have to check our bill and find “errors “ constantly. Very shady practices.
WOW I wish I could give a negative 20. Poor customer service, charging overloaded for a flap of a box being on the edge of the dumpster.. $100.. Place is a scam. You cant do nothing about their crap service either since you have to use them in Haltom City.
