Terrible service. They won't put dumpster back in its place. I Called they said it wont stay open. it does you have to the stop poles in the ground but it will stay open. So we have a dumpster in the middle of the driveway. Also The cape people are very rude.

Normally not one to bash or complain but I do think that people should reconsider if they are thinking about using this place. Terrible customer service. I had a rusted out massive hole at the bottom of my dumpster for 6months. Every month I would call in and ask for a new dumpster because I was tired of animals getting into my trash from the bottom of the dumpster and dragging it out everywhere. We have had a great experience with Waste Connections! We still currently use them for our trash services, they have been great to work with! The price is reasonable, the customer service ladies are great, and the drivers are super friendly and good!
