My drivers are awesome! Always nice and polite. I had to be out of town one week and I forgot to put my cans by the road and he took my cans to the truck and emptied them!
Why am I charged extra this month?
When we first signed up with Waste Connections it was okay. Kinda expensive but I just wanted something consistent and easy. A missed pickup here and there, which they’d fix either the following day or in an extreme case the following week. Lucky to get 1-2 trash pickups per month. Sometimes not even once per month. They lie and say they’ll get it the next day, they never come.
