When we first signed up with Waste Connections it was okay. Kinda expensive but I just wanted something consistent and easy. A missed pickup here and there, which they’d fix either the following day or in an extreme case the following week. I didn’t quite understand why because I’d see their trucks running on the same highway I take to work. Subject: Formal Complaint – Missed Trash Pickups and Failure to Remove Dumpster To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the ongoing service issues I’ve experienced with your company. Lucky to get 1-2 trash pickups per month. Sometimes not even once per month. They lie and say they’ll get it the next day, they never come.

Failed pickup last two weeks, after calls assuring that pickup would happen on the next day...after price went up nearly 15%.
