I’m sad I even have to give a 1 star. This is been a LONG 3 years. My daughter rides the IEP bus. It’s supposed to pick her up in front of the house. Instead it chooses where to pick her up. Normally it’s somewhere my daughter or I cannot see the bus. Then they leave her and it’s up to me to find a way to school. The bus is supposed to be here at 6:53. That NEVER happens. If I could do 0 stars, I would... Unfortunately, my daughter has to ride the bus to and from elementary school. Last year, the bus was on time, sometimes early, with the occasional issue of breaking down or traffic. The bus driver last year, (older man with a beard) was extremely rude, would not listen to you about things happening and would cut you off. MR. Pete the bus driver for my kids keeps yelling at my kids and others for no particular reason and my child keeps coming home crying which is upsetting I’ve already called them and reported him and they have not done a thing about it which something has to be I just hope it understands

Washoe county needs to fire whoever is in charge of this department. And I’m sick of this department never answering the phone.
