I’m sad I even have to give a 1 star. This is been a LONG 3 years. My daughter rides the IEP bus. It’s supposed to pick her up in front of the house. Instead it chooses where to pick her up. Normally it’s somewhere my daughter or I cannot see the bus. Then they leave her and it’s up to me to find a way to school. The bus is supposed to be here at 6:53. That NEVER happens. My daughter has been tardy now almost everyday because of this bus issue. They’re constantly making up excuses as to why the driver is late. They give my d... read more

If I could do 0 stars, I would... Unfortunately, my daughter has to ride the bus to and from elementary school. Last year, the bus was on time, sometimes early, with the occasional issue of breaking down or traffic. The bus driver last year, (older man with a beard) was extremely rude, would not listen to you about things happening and would cut you off. This year, the bus has been more than 20 minutes late, almost every day. When you call, they tell you construction, traffic or mechanical issues. If more than one parent cal... read more
