I chose this location based on proximity and them having the specialized care I needed. It was a disappointing experience as the front office is not dedicated to patient care. Twice there were insurance issues and rather than being presented with options to avoid therapeutic delays I was told 'oops, my bad" and then I had to wait and see if they could get resolution.
