I was told at the telephone intake appointment by Jamison that along with nutritional resources this Living Well Center provides massage therapy and Acupuncture as part of the services I would receive. This is false as my Dietitian explained that is only for a sports injury. I was; however, provided with a very helpful Nutrition App and one nutritional counseling session that was beneficial.

Don’t answer their phone! Have to wait for them to respond back to you! That’s not good customer service! Especially when you have an appointment that day and they don’t respond within 48 hours! Not helpful!

I've only been coming to the Living Well Center for a month, but I am amazed at what the offer and all the skilled and compassionate staff I've had dealings with thus far. I'm getting care for post-covid, and they deal with people like me, so they know what we are battling and are providing all sorts of treatments that help us cope and overcome some of the symptoms that have created havoc in our lives. Medical massage has helped control my pain from pinched nerves and muscle spasms which create tight muscle knots. It has made a huge difference in my quality of life. Thank you.
