Tristen provides OUTSTANDING customer service. I worked with him quite extensively while trying to secure an auto loan from WaFed. I ran into so many processing issues with the DMV (it was a lease buyout from CA) and despite 4 months of administrative challenges, Tristen was so incredibly helpful, supportive and results-oriented every step of the way.
