I had a wonderful experience this morning with Vanessa at the Nampa branch on Franklin. She was very friendly and patient and explained the ''why'' behind my card issues. She gave me instructions on how to prevent the problem in the future. She was so calm and made me feel that it was no problem fixing it quickly. She made me feel valued and listened to this morning affirming my concerns without making me feel dumb. Thank you VANESSA!
