My dad passed away at the end of March. I flew up to Spokane to take care of my mom and get everything in order. Dad handled the money. Katie Tower at the Northgate branch is awesome. She goes above and beyond with helping old people like myself make transactions online easy. She is friendly and should be a manager of some sort.
