They made it right!! Great bank they care about there customers The bank called up with no explanation on why they canceled a payment and when asked the Bank person was extremely rude and said not our problem call Verizon. Called Verizon they said there is nothing on there side that would indicate why we refused a payment and it doesn't show in our system that a payment was completed. But my bank shows it was completed and so I thought why not do a 3 way conversation to get the issue solved because heavens for bid My bank an... read more
Clearly there’s considerable lack of training and familiarity with the bank’s products when it takes 2 employees 45 minutes to open an account. I was upfront with the functionality I needed from my account, the first option they presented ended up not having the required functionality, despite (incorrect) affirming statements from the employees.
