Walked in to open account, stood there for over 5 minutes before anyone said anything to me. Then sat down, waited 10 more minutes, no one helped me. 4 people in branch with only 1 customer, I walked out. Horrible service!

Tellers were quick and knowledgeable about getting my fraudulent charges refunded and disputed. They printed me a new card on the spot and the whole thing took less than 10m.
I don't want a organization that uses foul language in their TV commercials handling my accounts or money. Some people find that offensive and it's extremely unprofessional.
NOT Happy, they give promises and DON'T keep them!
