Apparently unless I physically go to the branch location they have no interest in helping me or even attempting to do so. I'm either instantly routed to an automated system that won't allow me to speak to a real person, or the real person tells me they can't help me and transfers my call to the system without a person that can help me. I used to like this bank, my entire family has banked here for some time. I would not recommend it to anyone, and am looking for a new financial institution that actually is interested in help... read more
