Review: Washington Trust Bank has been my trustee since 2008. They were okay until January of 2016 when they began to make changes to their involvement with our family's trust business. Since that time they have gone months without answering my emails and they have lied to me and I have proof via email. Furthermore, they have not acted in my best interest as my fiduciary when that is one of the most important jobs of a trustee, according to state law.
