If I could give negative stars, I would. Katherine (or something like that) judged my husband the moment she saw him because his clothes were dirty. This was his first time at this place, and she said she had to “verify” his check, even though he’s never had to do that anywhere else before. He’s been to the exact franchise in different city’s and has never had this problem. It was really disrespectful and unprofessional.

Shocking I walk into the bank and see a new girl working & realize it’s the same one that got fired from Starbucks that was so rude to customers and stealing . I instantly told my wife we’re switching banks after 31 years Miranda Smedley has already been talking about people’s monies: if you have an account here run fast :
This bank is small but the employees there are very personable,polite, and welcoming
