I just went there to get some money out of a settlement account from a couple of years ago. Turns out I need the courts permission. I had to find out from the Washington Trust in Quincy. Ephrata's staff was unbelievably rude and most of them are new anyway. They had no idea how to help me. Customer service skills are very poor.
