Not my personal bank, but the staff has always been friendly and helpful when I need to cash a check.
Horrible customer service, I'm closing my account today. Specifically this Indiana location.
I love Washington trust .they are always super nice and not that cheap smile how you doing kind .they really smile and speak to me with kindness and appreciation.they have helped me with issues where no banks in the past have..I'll never leave Washington trust bank I recommend them over any other bank hands down...thank you to every employee that works for wtb...you are all great
Wouldn't print me a new debit card at the end of the day Friday. They should have all services available from open to close.
