The Staff here excel In Costomer Service. There was an issue with their system so while I was there we weren’t able to complete the transaction and it being a Friday even though I wasn’t upset or angry about the situation the staff member I worked with resolved it faster and in a better way than I have had with any seen with any of the financial institutions I bank with.

Today I had a problem with my retired Mother's account. I met with Bart Longworth and after qualifying my identity, he was extremely helpful in resolving the issue. I was impressed by his professional character and caring attitude. I highly recommend this bank and seeking Bart's advice.
