Tony - I cant thank you enough for your hustle and attentiveness to the issue I sprang on you this morning! Washington Trust always goes above and beyond but today I had an issue with our direct deposit and Tony in the EG branch saved my behind. He worked with Cash MGT to get our employees paid day of. I cant thank you enough and big shout out to the entire team! I would chose Washington Trust again and again.

Hands down the best Washington Trust branch! I was immediately greeted by Tony who made me feel right at home, and Christoff was so patient and thorough with some savings bonds I needed help with. Spoke with Alicia as well, and she was so warm and welcoming. 10/10 recommend the EG branch!
