Spent closer to two hrs there opening a retirement cd. When I already had a retirement cd account with this bank. Then they called me to go back and sign additional paperwork. It should have taken 30 minutes tops.
The Plainfield Pike is more that just convenient, the staff are very helpful is just about any issue you may had. Plus they are very friendly.
Doty at the counter has been with the bank for years. She is one of the best tellers I’ve ever come across. She knows and delivers customer service.The tellers at THIS branch have been very good to excellent in the past.
