Absolutely horrible new application. Doesn't allow you to pay the bill. Before everything was in one place now it's all over the place and half of it does not work Will need to look for another bank since no explanation was given to customers how the application was working Total ignorance to the customer
I HAVE BEEN A WASHINGTON TRUST CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS, BUT I HAVE TO SAY THAT THE OAKLAWN AVE BRANCH HAS CONSISTANTLY PROVIDED 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALWAYS HELPED ME WITH MY INVESTING AND BANKING NEEDS . QUICK,COURTEOUS,PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY STAFF HAVE ALWAYS MADE ME FEEL LIKE A FAMILY MEMBER.THIS BRANCH TRULY HAS THE BEST POSSIBLE ASSOCIATES TO HELP MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS. 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD.
I have used just about every bank in Rhode Island over the last 40 years.I have been using Washington Trust on Oaklawn Ave now for a little over 11 years.
