I seriously have not found a better bank. I have been with this bank since 2016 and never had an issue. When I call they are very helpful and polite and patient even when I'm upset. The Providence branch is my favorite and now that I moved to Georgia I still use them but miss them very much especially seeing the closest branch to me is in Idaho and Oregon lol. Excellent customer service (the tellers remember my name!) I've had to call them when I've been out of the country (they helped me, solved my problem.) The hours are convenient , I love being able to go into the bank and talk to a human being!
Washington Trust is a very good bank with great people working there. My experience over the past several years has been extremely positive from the products/rates they offer to the wonderful staff who greet me by name. I would highly recommend this bank !
Excellent customer service. After opening a couple of new accounts the branch manager followed up via phone call and email to ensure I didn’t have any additional questions. They also sent me a personalized thank you card in the mail! What a great first and lasting impression! Looking forward to banking with this bank! Thanks again WT!
