Washington Trust Bank is a user friendly place, especially for older people who can't navigate the technology well. The staff are friendly and helpful. They offer great rates on CD's and their customer service is wonderful, highly recommend.
I tried to a get mortgage. I started with someone wonderful, but she left the industry shortly after. The following two people failed to follow up, or follow through. I would not recommend.
