UPDATE: the photo in question was accepted... my son now has a passport using the photo that created so many issues for the clerk at the treasurers office. I took his application and the same photo to USPS and they were very kind. They told me it was acceptable and we received his passport in 2.5 weeks. If you need passport services, go to USPS first and save time! Took a passport application to them. I am from out of town and I went in to the office near the end of the workday needing assistance before I left town the next day. Tiffany Goodman and April Crabtree were beyond helpful, and despite distractions, helped me exactly the way I needed. There was nothing in their demeanor that indicated they had only 20-25 minutes left to their day. Thank you!!

I use Debra's phone, her sister Sandra Cardwell Taylor. The people are helpful and nice. The young man who answered the phone, as close to Time to quit, he helped me with the information I needed.
** UPDATE ** I went to the post office the next day and they had no issue with my passport application. They sent it off and I got my passport back on two weeks!! I guess laziness didn’t pay off my for the treasurer’s office!! Ha!! I went there before 5pm, like the website says, to get a passport. The first woman didn’t want to do anything with it and I was told it had to be done before 3pm. Explained to them that’s not what the website says.
