Watax was very helpful, they work quickly & diligently to solve my tax issues.
Do not waste your time or money using WATAX as your tax preparation service. I hired WATAX in February of a previous tax season and submitted payment and all supporting documentation in the same month. I then followed up for months without hearing back until 5 pm the Friday before the Tuesday taxes were due, leaving me in a position to potentially pay penalties.
