$30k remodel in litigation and the owner of the company is avoiding lawyers to address a lawsuit that has been filed since 2021. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

Be very careful before signing on with WSKB. My "3 to 4-week" bathroom remodel took 9 weeks!!! Materials I selected on August of 2019 had to be re-ordered a year later when my job started --- OR the order was not placed when I told them what I wanted and then when the supplies were needed, it would take a month for the order to come in. I had to reorder my tile choices at the last minute. They broke a mirror. The replacement didn't fit. They broke a light fixture. I did the running around to replace it. It was miserable from... read more

1. When we informed Erin at the contract signing on 5-14-20 that we needed our project to start right away because it needs to be finished before 7-27-20, he wrote on the contract that our project will start as soon as materials were in stock. Although he would not promise us our finish date by writing it on the contract, he said that it was realistic as long as we selected materials that were in stock. After several calls, texts, and e-mails to WSKB inquiring about when our project would start, they finally began 36 days af... read more

I caution consumers from signing a contract with this contractor: 1. Poor Quality - I had to hire another contractor to come in and finish, fix, redo and cover-up WKSB's mistakes and poor workmanship. 2. WSKB's 'stage funding payments dates' required the majority of money to paid up front. 80% paid by day 3, 94% paid by week 3. 3. An estimated 6-week $35,000 master bathroom remodel project was at 18 weeks when WSKB pulled out leaving a multitude of unfinished work and unaddressed issues. 4. Electrical and plumbing work perfo... read more

The owner came out to do the sales pitch, which was professional and he seemed knowledgeable. We never saw him again during the course of the project. At one point, I stated cc'ing him on emails because I felt he should know what was going on. I was wrong. He would pass the buck to his fron office, who tried their best to keep things moving along. From the beginning of the project, things went bad. We were not informed every step of the way; some days they would send people out to work without informing us or we would wait f... read more
