I want to know if these people are even aware? the attorneys, the bar, are you people even aware of how much damage you cause to people’s lives with your corruption and unrealistic opinions? I filed a grievance against a lawyer and explicitly stated what professional code of conduct the lawyer violated. The response was if the judge did not say anything about the issue, then there is no problem. The judge was not talking about the issue I complained about. So, an unethical professional conduct was okayed by WA Bar association. It is unethical and corrupt. Shame on you all!
As far as I can tell they are rogue and corrupt like the rest of American organizations. Buncha people collecting free checks barely working and taking advantage “robbing” the actual hard working people in this world .
This WA Bar does not protect the public they protect there Lawyers at all costs. Also FYI if your thinking the Lawyer legal directory Profiles are current valid information , they might not be and the WA Bar allows this bad behavior also. If you file a complaint more than likely they won’t read it and they will take the Lawyers side. What you have to remember is there Lawyers are members and pay dues so they are priority not the public.
What a HUGE waste of time and energy. Moderate Means is a JOKE!! They may put you in the program but you may NEVER hear back. They give you a little hope and NEVER FOLLOW THU. Don't get me started on the Family Lawyers! If you got the money they have the time. Legal Aids are your best options for honest help!
