NEGLECTFUL, ABUSIVE, CRUEL, INEPT TREATMENT OF OUR 98-YEAR-OLD FATHER, AN ARMY VETERAN. My family is still traumatized from what Washington Square Nursing Home did to my father and us. This used to be a decent place with good care, but not anymore. It was sold off several years ago, and everything changed. Not enough help, and too many contract employees, some very bad ones. I wouldn't put my worst enemy there or my dead dog .
They never answer their phones! Been trying to get ahold of my father for his phone goes to voicemail so I call the nurses station & nobody answers been trying for days now!
