Mom decided to eat in the dining room Tonite. They say dinner is at 5:30 but it was 6:30 before she was given her plate. No clue what it was when it arrived. The other person in the room said it is like that everyday. I will be bringing mom dinner from now on. So sad. They definitely need more kitchen help.
I know the staff deal with a lot of people everyday but the way they treat the families of the residents and the residents themselves is very disrespectful, they often seem annoyed. when we first took my grandfather there was food crumbs all over the drawers, they then kept him in his hospital gown all day, left all of his stuff on the floor in bags, he also wasn’t bathed for a week. the food is green and orange mush, they don’t know anything about the residents or care to ask.
