If you ever have any concerns, you can call the facility and leave a message. You are certain to be wasting your time as no one in admin returns calls or talks to you unless you get in their face in person. The nurse on duty may get in touch with you if they are not pulled thin. Gavin the admin is above talking to residents family unless he has a question. I was never paid for my 67 hours of work in the KKKitchen. Gavin can get cancer and we'd all accept it.

When you call to check on your loved one, very seldom is the phone answered. I have complained alot about food and crumbs being left in the bed not to mention a salad bowl that was underneath his back and he slept in it all night. There isn't enough workers CNA'S or Nurses to take care of the patients. He has been left and I feel like he hasn't been paid attention to because he had had multiple bed sores that are bleeding. Where do I start? They don't adhere to the menu calender. Residents blinds are all broken and not replaced. Halls smell like poop/pee. Dirty floors. Seems like only surface cleaning done. Administrator is rude and acts like he does not have time for anyone. The building needs updating. Some of the residents smell like urine and BM.
