The customer service at Washington Savings Bank is top notch! I have been banking with WSB for 20+ years and everyone treats you like family and is super helpful.
I have roughly $3000 deposited into a business checking here every month for 7 months. They do not offer overdraft protection unless you have direct deposit. I have direct deposit in my business checking, but dont qualify because it does not get dd into my personal checking. Well i forgot about two charges for a measly $25.00 and a measly $29.99 in each account to have them return both and still charge a fee like they paid it. So I was a loyal customer with this bank for many years. They gave me a second chance after I had some bank issues with other banks. However, I recently ran into an issue where I was trying to order something online and the company I was ordering from told me there seems to be an issue on the bank's side.
