Rhonda was an excellent help in setting up my account, took less than 10 minutes and I was out the door and on my way! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very quick!
I like the bank itself, the perks, and the app. I haven’t ever taken a loan out with them so i don't know how bad/good they are there. What I do know is they’ll lock your account up in hurry over nothing. I called them Friday because i was ordering some front shocks that were 2 grand since it was over my spend limit. Everything was fine the order went through and everything. Come Sunday i cant even use my account with apple pay! Go to Culver's guess what? Declined!!
