Computers were down and doctor seemed clueless. Tried to "wing it" and did a poor job. She ultimately tried to get me to buy her overpriced book which looked like an outdated Weight Watchers meal plan. She also tried to sell me expensive diet supplements (for a child) that she obviously received a kick back from. Charged me a copay and then several months later charged my card again without notice.
