Terrible experience with Tooska Saeedi on one of my listings. Clearly didn't do due diligence on a buyer up front but provided a Preapproval anyway. Deal fell apart, buyer lost a home they loved, and the sellers lost a ton of time. Had 2 other lenders look at the client and it was obvious from the start there should not have been a preapproval given. Stay far far away.
