HORRIBLE customer service! I was given the run around for months! I ordered a window in June, and I was told that it would be delivered in two weeks. Three weeks later I called to check on my order, and I was told two more weeks. Fast forward two months, with countless phone calls saying “one more week,” the person in charge of my order called to inform me that the order had NEVER even been placed to begin with! As a contractor I am always looking for suppliers that go above and beyond for there customer. As busy as we are they help take the load off when needed as far as researching new products and locating hard to find items. Thanks for all your help over the years
