They got a heater in at my request, & the counter person let me see the unit. He refused to let me plug it in so I could see if it was safe for my application. NOW I HAVE DISCOVERED I AM STUCK WITH A HIGH $ UNIT I CAN NOT PLUG IN. He also taped the crap out of the box & forgot to put the manual/paperwork in the box.
Nicest people and very knowledgeable on work project and solutions. I enjoy the place small and easy to find what you need at fair market prices
