Had an appointment in June here in Greene county, missed the appointment which I take responsibility for but they texted me telling me to call and reschedule. I am dealing with heavy mental health issues and after a nervous breakdown, multiple anxiety attacks and frequent suicidal thoughts i realized it has gotten to a point where I can’t deny the help any more so I finally called back to reschedule. If I could give a 0 I would! Apparently they scheduled 4 appointments ahead of time and never told me. So when I needed an appointment for my meds they said they would not take me because I no showed for 4 appointments which was news to me because I had no knowledge of these appointments. So now I’m sitting here without meds and a two month wait time for another doctor. These meds are so crucial for me I have bipolar depression and anxiety and ptsd. I am gonna end up back in the hospital because of these people!
