I have been delaying writing this review, thinking perhaps I was overthinking my experiences here at Georgetown MedStar. Unfortunately, after nearly two years, it has become clear that what I encounter at this facility is consistently unwelcoming—starting from the very moment I walk in the door to get my visitor’s badge.
