SGA responded to me quickly to get me scheduled and paid. They showed up on time and were easy to communicate with. They shared most of their assessment in person and explained what could be followed up with by the builder and what couldn't. They got me the report quickly and really covered the whole house. We recently scheduled a good inspection with SGA Inspection but unfortunately had to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment. While I fully expected to pay the $100 cancellation fee listed on their website, I was shocked when we were charged $400 instead. When I pointed out that his website clearly stated $100, he admitted it had not been updated but claimed the inspection agreement (which my husband never signed) listed a 50% cancellation fee. Trevor went above and beyond to provide his services for myself and my client. Within a moments notice, he was able to get a foundation certification scheduled and preformed the task. He got the report back to me within hours of completing the certification which is unheard of. Because of him, he's helped to get a family into their newly purchased home before Christmas.
