We recently scheduled a good inspection with SGA Inspection but unfortunately had to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment. While I fully expected to pay the $100 cancellation fee listed on their website, I was shocked when we were charged $400 instead. When I pointed out that his website clearly stated $100, he admitted it had not been updated but claimed the inspection agreement (which my husband never signed) listed a 50% cancellation fee. Trevor went above and beyond to provide his services for myself and my client. Within a moments notice, he was able to get a foundation certification scheduled and preformed the task. He got the report back to me within hours of completing the certification which is unheard of. Because of him, he's helped to get a family into their newly purchased home before Christmas.
