Absolutely a horrific experience. I just opened my bank account with this bank. I was told I will receive my ATM card within 3 days. As a business I need to use the card daily for purchasing. 2 weeks later and no ATM card, I had to get cash and get a prepaid credit card. When I finally did receive my ATM card, I called the number on the card to stablish a pin number. Turns out the numbers were entered wrong into the system. The bank is non responsive. Funny thing is that they would respond with minutes when I was opening up ... read more
Amazing customer service!!! Very profesional ,helpfull, and caring staff. They always take the time to help me with all my needs and questions,never being rushed. Whether it's with an account question, or a loan, or all the other sevices they provide, (public notary, faxes, copies, cashier's checks, ect.) Clean and cozy, great coffee, and fresh baked cookies on Fridays, what more could you possibly want!
