Very frustrated with WaFd. My mortgage was recently purchased by WaFd, and their communication was terrible. No information, or guidance from them. Once I went to make the first payment, they basically gave me no options except to set up autopay for the mortgage. I refused to set up autopay, and I simply wanted to make a payment online, but they were very uncooperative and it took me over a week to try and get online banking setup (which is still not set up). I still don't have my external account linked to my online account... read more
