Avoid this ATM. I attempted to withdraw $500 from the WaFd Bank ATM at 809 St. Michael’s Drive, and the machine malfunctioned—shorting me $120. Six $20 bills were clearly visible jammed inside the dispenser. When I tried to retrieve them, the machine closed the hatch. I immediately reported this inside the branch, only to be told it was “not their problem” and that I should contact my own bank (Citibank)—despite the fact that this ATM is owned and operated by WaFd Bank.
