They need a new ATM! Twice My money gets stuck in machine. I have to wait 7 days to be able to use my money. The first time It happened, the oriental employee had no knowledge and was rude. I also get calls on how my family and my money is being spent.

WaFd bank on st Michaels has the best managers and employees! They are professional and kind. However the down town plaza WaFd is filled with new employees that just don’t know there jobs! Today they had to call the st Michaels WaFd bank for advise. The Espanola WaFd is filled with cranky very rude employees!!!
I want to like this bank but it is so time consuming to go over there. The staff are nice and helpful which makes me want to stay. The only complaint I have is that it takes way too long to get service in the drive thru and go thru the deposit or withdrawal process. I like that they are a low volume bank because there is never a line but at the same time I expect quicker service. If there is someone Infront of me that means I am there for twice as long. Please, figure out a way to speed up the process.
