I have Wells Fargo myself. My girlfriend wanted to open up her own account and we were comparing Wells Fargo with Washington Federal. The banker at Wells Fargo was not very good with us, she made the 4 minute talk about opening an account the most awkward thing ever. We chose Washington Federal only because of the great customer service they gave us even when we told them that we were going to Wells Fargo after. We are very satisfied with the decision we made.
