I called and asked two simple questions. No. 1, what is the amount of the taxes and the person acted as though it wasn't available yet. I found that to be hard to believe; less than two months before December 10th, deadline? And I asked what was their zip code? And she said that she didn't know. It's always fast service here. All the ladies are always kind, friendly, and helpful. I have lived in a lot of different counties in my adult lifetime, and I can say this office is at the top of the list. If they happen to read this, thank you for the stellar service.

Jeannette Anderson is nasty - she almost hung up on me twice. I overpaid for my taxes and she wouldnt refund me! I made a mistake and overpaid and apologized and is still unwilling to work with me. She kept almost $2,000 of my money. And tried to hang up on me. READY TO VOTE HER OUT OF HER SILLY OFFICE

Every time I have gone to the tag office, they have been nothing but professional and courteous to me. They answered all of my questions and made sure I had all the documents I needed before transferring my title and each year when I've renewed my tag.
