It's always fast service here. All the ladies are always kind, friendly, and helpful. I have lived in a lot of different counties in my adult lifetime, and I can say this office is at the top of the list. If they happen to read this, thank you for the stellar service.
Jeannette Anderson is nasty - she almost hung up on me twice. I overpaid for my taxes and she wouldnt refund me! I made a mistake and overpaid and apologized and is still unwilling to work with me. She kept almost $2,000 of my money. And tried to hang up on me. READY TO VOTE HER OUT OF HER SILLY OFFICE
Every time I have gone to the tag office, they have been nothing but professional and courteous to me. They answered all of my questions and made sure I had all the documents I needed before transferring my title and each year when I've renewed my tag.
I called in to verify documents needed, for new registration because we are new to the county and spoke with the most unprofessional clerk "Brittany", who felt the need that she didn't have to give her last name. She was very rude cutting me off in the middle of sentences, requested to speak with her manager. I'm sure that didn't go anywhere because apparently she was standing right there to take the call after "Brittany" says plainly "here" (giving her the phone), Who are these people???, Can you say UNPROFESSIONAL .
